Apt. "City of Bozen"

Alpine style in Vicenza

Description

Our apartment whose name is inspired by the city of Bolzano, instead is located at the top of the “Villa Palazzon”, easily accessible by a convenient elevator and is on two levels. The house is located inside the ancient “Villa Palazzon" in street Biron di Sopra, 132 in Vicenza, in an oasis of peace, just minutes from the historic center of Vicenza immersed in silence and a verdant landscape of the hills adjacent. The very spacious and bright apartment is in typical alpine style, like the houses of Bozen, with a wonderful wooden loft where you can get a charming relaxation area to watch television or listen to music. The house is equipped with every comfort and with high quality finishes. Three large bedrooms, one with sloping ceilings, a large kitchen with a charming fireplace, as well as a large living room and two bathrooms. This apartment stands out among the others of the Villa Palazzon, for a large private terrace to be used as an exclusive solarium or for lunch and dinner during the summer. Air-conditioned environment, windows with mosquito nets, a comfortable closet and a private garage of generous dimensions in addition to reserved parking spaces in outdoor. The large common garden available to the houses of Villa Palazzon, complete a framework for a stay in a prestigious context, where children can play freely and safely and where you can have outdoor parties, barbecues with friends or simply enjoy the reading a book in the shade of the trees. Bozen, like all the apartments of Villa Palazzon is just 5 minutes' drive from the Barracks Del Din, and 15 minutes from the Ederle Barracks. The city center is easily reachable by bike (10 min) or by car (5 min). The American School Bus has just one stop in front of the main gate of the Villa.

The city of Bozen

This apartment takes its name from Bozen’s city, the northernmost city in Italy, near the border with Austria. Precisely the position close to Austria,of wich to was part until the first World War, have made it an autonomous province, in which today there is the double language. Do not be surprised, therefore, if cartel boards or the people fluently speak in German: you are still in Italy. For mountain lovers this is a very well organized tourist area with many very welcoming Hotel & Restaurant, both for summer and winter tourism. In these mountains there is also the Dolomiti Superski, the biggest ski carousel in the world with 1,200 km of linked ski slopes. In Bozen the "Otzi" mummy, found in 1991 in the glaciers of these mountains, is still preserved and is now visible in the South Tyrol Museum of Archeology. Otzi whose dating is traced back to an age between 3,300 and 3,100 A.C., it is extraordinarily preserved thanks to the particular climatic conditions inside the glacier of the mountain where it was found. What we suggest to taste in Bozen: knödels are a typical plate, based on gnocchi with speack and stale bread. The dessert called strudel (apple-based), and the many variations of grappa are the perfect finish for your typical South Tyrolean meal. To visit Bozen and the mountains in this area, we recommend that you use the car because the train includes some changes that lengthen the travel time, but above all because you can easily reach and visit the most beautiful peaks of the Alps. Distance from Vicenza: 142 mi (230 km) A4 motorway towards Milan and then to Verona A22 towards Brennero For these and more information follow our Facebook page or ask us directly for any useful advice to better enjoy your Italian stay.
