Schiavo's Housing
All our properties meet USAG Italy standards, and are approved from USAG Italy Housing office personnel, located in Via Casermette, just outside the gates of Caserma Ederle.

The Housing office will also assist with the pre negotiation and final contract,. During the pre negotiation process we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
The Housing Office will also assist in processing the utilities paperwork, ensuring a smooth transition to your new home.
The friendly staff will also finalize the signing of the actual contract, ensuring all your needs are met.
Utilities:
As prescribed by USAG regulations, all the utilities will stay to the tenant, exept to the trashes tax. Schiavo Real Estate will ensure timely paying of the trash tax and will provide tenants the receipts for reimbursement.
