The Schiavo’s Family has been working in real estate since 1965; when Giuseppe Schiavo, owner of the homonymous construction company, launched the family business.
Since 2000 the Schiavo's have been working with the USAG Italy Housing Office, and have completed the extensive accreditation process in order to have their properties included in the Garrison listings for private rental.
All our properties are in full compliance with housing regulations and standards. Most of them have been given rent to Americans, military of US Army and civilian community members.
Nowadays Ms Silvia Schiavo is the Owner together with her husband Luciano and they do interpret the real estate sector of the American market, as a form of hospitality taking care of new families who arrive for their very first time in Italy.
